Paul Martin: Paul Martin is the Division Director, at the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) within the U.S. General Services Administration. He oversees the small business programs within the GSA Region 1 Boston, Region 2 New York, Region 3 Philadelphia, and Region 11 National Capital Region.

Paul has over 30 years of government service and began his career in government contracting with GSA as a Contracting Specialist/Contracting Officer in various GSA offices and regions in support of GSA Schedules, Network Services, and Government-wide Acquisition Contracts Programs (GWACs).

Junaid Anwar: Junaid Anwar is a Small Business Technical Advisor for GSA's Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) and has six years of Government contracting experience as a Contract Specialist with GSA FEDSIM and Defense Logistics Agency.

Junaid was responsible for managing pre-award and post-award highly specialized DoD procurements valued between $700M to $1.2B.
